What is a 360° Video Booth?

​A 360° Video Booth is essentially a platform in which your guests step onto and dance or pose while a camera automatically spins around them. They are literally center stage! In just seconds, a video can be sent to them via email or text to be shared on social media!

What are the technical requirements?

For the StockyFotos 360° Video Booth, we require the following:

• a 10ft wide x 10ft deep area and, if indoors, at least 8ft of height
• access to a three-prong 20amp 120v outlet within 10 feet of the 360° Video Booth area
• if at a bar or if drinking is involved, we normally request a small cocktail table for guests to place their drinks (we've had guests spill on our equipment before!)

How many people can fit on the 360° Video Booth platform?

We can have up to 4 people on the platform depending on the size of the guests (chubs, bears, chasers, twinks). We do recommend 2-3, as it can get crowded with 4 and can cause falling off the platform.

How early do you need to arrive to set up?

​We ask that we can arrive and start setting up for your event ONE HOUR prior to the photo booth opening to set up and test to make sure everything is working. Setup time is NOT CHARGED to you -- only the time the booth is open and functioning are you charged!

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

​While outdoor events are tons of fun, they do pose some challenges. Because of unpredictable lighting conditions, results can vastly vary. Our on-site professional photographer will constantly be changing our lighting conditions to compensate for the changing conditions of mother earth (the booth will need to close down if weather prevents full functionality). Outdoor events can also pose challenges when it comes to instant sharing as Internet connections are not usually available. Guests will still be able to enter their contact information and it will automatically share their video to them once we get a strong Internet connection. Excessive heat also usually poses a problem as the recording and sharing devices can overheat; the platform itself is also steel and can get very hot for bare feet (especially at pool parties).
