What's Included Throughout the cruise, you’ll receive priority photographic attention during key moments and natural opportunities as they arise (not including dedicated/scheduled photography sessions). This includes candid storytelling coverage across events, social gatherings, and scenic ship and port locations. You’ll also have access to spontaneous mini portrait moments around the ship and during port visits, when timing and availability allow. These are relaxed, natural, and unposed—focused on capturing you in the environment rather than staging formal sessions. To enhance the final collection, VIP guests also receive more frequent and prominent inclusion in the curated final cruise gallery, ensuring a stronger visual presence in the overall story of the sailing. Your Final Collection After the cruise, you’ll receive a curated set of professionally retouched images, delivered in a password-protected online gallery. These are selected to reflect both the candid energy and the more intentional portrait moments captured throughout the sailing. Add a partner for $75 (must be in the same cabin) to include shared couple and companion photography opportunities. Individual coverage remains focused on the primary booking guest. Important: All appointments are scheduled according to the ship's official onboard time. Time zones may change throughout the cruise, and mobile devices do not always match ship time. Please refer to the ship's posted time on the day of your session.
A 20% deposit of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This deposit is nonrefundable and confirms your reservation.
The deposit will only be refunded if we, the photographers, are unable to fulfill the appointment and must cancel the session.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Any cancellations or changes by the client will forfeit the deposit.
Credit Card charges will incur a 3.5% online processing fee.
Coverage opportunities are dependent on weather, venue restrictions, ship operations, and guest availability. Final galleries will be delivered within 4-6 weeks following the cruise.
